Based on interviews with Starhome’s management team, salesforce and client executives, Flying Machine developed an in-depth understanding of the company’s strategy, competitive landscape, core values and brand attributes. These insights were captured in a creative brief, guiding strategic development and creative implementation.
Using extensive primary and secondary research, Flying Machine gained deep insights into Starhome’s vision, ability to deliver on its promise and competitive advantages. Flying
Machine identified Starhome’s unique value proposition and developed the overarching concept of Service Mobility, available to mobile users across Four Zones – Roaming, Home,
Office and Hot Spot.
A key conclusion of Flying Machine’s analysis was the need for a new identity that will engulf Starhome’s new message. Flying Machine revisited Starhome’s logo and overall image and developed a variety of solutions that convey the company’s vision. Starhome’s image is simple, clear and inspiring, and easily communicable to customers, staff and the investment community.
In order to generate awareness and maximize buzz, Flying Machine created a full brand launch package for Starhome's booth at 3GSM, a major annual tradeshow.
Starhome’s repositioning and brand refresh received rave responses from current and
prospective customers. The Service Mobility concept positioned Starhome as the de-facto
provider of a true solution for a gap identified within customer’s needs. The company is
reinforcing and enhancing its industry leadership position with improving renewal rates,
rapidly growing customer base and expanding global reach.

perceives Starhome as a next generation technology and service enabler, positioning the
company within a peer group with higher multiples, and improving ROI to shareholders.
